This 2-part seminar is designed to help people from different cultures understand  American work behavior--what Americans do and why they do it. It explores how different cultures approach work -- how people work within teams, make decisions, give feedback, communicate, and build trust.

Every culture has different beliefs about life, work, and relationships. This seminar will help you understand the American mind and how it differs from your own culture. 

This course is invaluable if you hope to work with Americans or people from different cultures.
